Engineered wood flooring and timber is a term used to describe a selection of wood-based products that have been engineered to provide improved technical aspects (making them stronger and more durable). They can be manufactured by combining wood or wood fibre with adhesives.
There are a range of different types of Engineered Wood:
Board materials such as OSB, MDF, plywood etc.
Structural Composite Timber produced in larger cross-sections for use as beams and structural components. Such as Glulam, PSL, and LVL.
